OUR STORYRooted in the island’s past

Long before Blue Dolphin Villa was built, this land was part of a coconut plantation on Ambergris Caye. Some of the towering palms on the property today are believed to be original trees from the plantation, a living connection to the island’s past.

The villa was designed and built by a prominent island family. In 2026, Greg and Casey Lamb acquired the entire property, and they are committed to caring for the estate thoughtfully for generations of guests to come.

THE GROUNDSYour own stretch of the Caribbean

Direct Caribbean beachfront and private pier access, including convenient boat pickups. Snorkel the reef, fish or boat to the sandbar, then come home to your own private beachfront retreat.

OUTDOORSOld palms, and gardens still growing

Our vision is to let Blue Dolphin’s natural tropical beauty flourish. We are expanding the gardens with lush Caribbean landscaping, flowering plants, and native and fruit-bearing trees, while preserving the mature palms that have been part of the property for generations.
